Ultra X is a British ultramarathon that for the first time in 2019 was brought to Mexico to the impressive Copper Canyons, where the Tarahumara, famous for their running skills, live.
The reason why the race was brought to Mexico is because of the book "Born to Run" by Christopher McDougall, who writes about the Raramuris and their great speed and physical condition.
The challenge of this documentary was to get away from what we had told in the 5 capsules that were made day-to-day of the race and reflect the great effort, suffering, passion, and perseverance that is needed to finish.
